Field24 is partnering with NAHICA — the National Hispanic Contractors Association — to run a series of educational webinars on practical, real-world AI for residential and commercial estimating. This post covers what the partnership is, who NAHICA are, and what the seminar series will teach.

Field24 is excited to announce an official partnership with NAHICA to help contractors put AI to work in their businesses and win more projects.
Most contractors have heard they should be "using AI" by now. Far fewer have seen what that actually looks like on a real bid: which tools are worth opening, what to paste into them, and where they fall over.
Using years of NAHICA estimating expertise, we'll show contractors how to get more from general-purpose tools like ChatGPT and Claude — along with specialized Field24 technology that reviews construction plans and creates takeoffs and estimates in a fraction of the time.

03 - What the seminars will cover
The series focuses on the estimating workflow end to end:
- Where general AI assistants like ChatGPT and Claude genuinely help on a bid — and the places they quietly get construction quantities wrong.
- How to read a set of plans with AI in the loop: takeoffs, scopes of work, and what to check before a number goes in front of a client.
- Residential and commercial estimating, covered separately — the workflows and the failure modes are not the same.
- Specialized tools, including how Field24 reviews plan sets and produces takeoffs and estimates in a fraction of the time.
Sessions are held as webinars, and there is no cost to attend.
