# Field24

> Field24 gives construction contractors an estimating workspace: measured takeoffs from plans or photos, pricing from their own price book and local store prices, and e-signable proposals. Its MCP server lets an AI client run that work in the signed-in contractor's account.

## Product

- [Field24](https://field24.ai): an AI estimator for trade contractors. Send plans, drawings, photos or a written scope over the web app, WhatsApp, iMessage or ChatGPT; get back a measured quantity takeoff by division, priced from your own price book and live local store prices, with the assumptions and open questions listed
- [What it produces](https://field24.ai/docs/mcp/estimating-flow.md#what-you-get-back): a takeoff you can review and edit row by row on the Field24 review page, a priced estimate with exclusions, and a branded, e-signable PDF proposal
- [Price book](https://field24.ai/docs/mcp/tools.md#price-book): your labor and material rates, imported from a rate sheet or added one at a time; pricing uses them before any store price
- [Who it is for](https://field24.ai/sign-up): general contractors and trades bidding residential and light commercial work in the US and Canada; a free trial, then a subscription
- [Support](https://field24.ai/support): contact form for help with an estimate, an account or billing
